Virginia Restaurant in Kildare
The Virginia Restaurant at the Maudlings House Hotel in Kildare, which has been described by several people as one of Naas's best kept secrets, is situated in the original house and can accommodate up to 100 people at one sitting. We have retained many of the original features of the building to create a unique dining experience.
Homely, comfortable surroundings with a professional informal service are the order of the day at The Virginia. We offer our customers a balance between Contemporary Irish fare with a French influence using the finest ingredients and imagination in presentation to achieve this. The same amount of consideration and attention has been used to select our wines to create a menu which will complement the distinctive surroundings.
The Virginia Restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday for Lunch from 12.30pm till 3.30pm and Dinner from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

Breakfast is also served daily from:
7.00am to 10.30am Monday to Friday (exl. Bank Holidays)
8.00am to 11.00am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Maudlins Bar
Relax and enjoy the homely surroundings of the Maudlins Bar which provides a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for guests and passersby alike. Our extensive bar food menu caters for all palates. Food is served from 12.30pm to 9.30pm daily.
The bar houses some fine paintings for horse lovers and a grand piano for those who wish to entertain their guests while our resident piano player woes the crowd with his music every Friday and Saturday night.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in Maudlins House Hotel and we were so impressed with it. Our room was gorgeous, so cosy and comfortable, possibly the best nights sleep I've ever had. The bar food was delicious, so tasty and great value for money. Also, all of the staff (Reception in particular) were so friendly and helpful, such a pleasure to speak too. Overall, our stay was completely relaxing and so enjoyable, we will definitely be back in the very near future.
